Career
I am an active member of the Idaho Bar, admitted to practice before the Federal District for the State of Idaho, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and my admission to the Patent Bar is pending (Patent Bar exam passed 1/26/12). I have more than a decade of experience in software development with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and application development using a variety of web and thick-client technologies. With 2 1/2 years of experience as a Patent Examiner and current technical skills, I am available to use my substantial legal and technical expertise to help expand, protect, and defend your intellectual property assets.
